Snuffy’s Glades Taters

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs russet potatoes
  • Crystal hot sauce
  • Everglades Seasoning

Instructions
  1. DO NOT WASH THE POTATOES!!! (Takes away flavor!!)
  2. Cut potatoes into thin slices, do not remove skin.
  3. Deep fry, or pan fry until potatoes are crisp.
  4. Place potatoes onto large plate or pan lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
  5. Sprinkle Everglades Seasoning generously on the potatoes and top off with Crystal Hot Sauce.

Notes
For added flavor, try finished product with Ranch dressing…YUMMY!!
